Kinnear, Freeman to 'Feast' in Oregon

LOS ANGELES, May 22 (UPI) -- Actors Greg Kinnear and Morgan Freeman have been cast in Lakeshore Entertainment's film, "The Feast of Love," based in Oregon.

The film based on a novel by Charles Baxter follows the trials and tribulations of a group of friends in Oregon, The Hollywood Reporter said.

Kinnear will play nice-but-troubled coffee shop owner Bradley Thomas who has a unique bond with Freeman's character, philosophy professor Harry Scott.

Robert Benton, who won an Academy Award for "Kramer vs. Kramer" will direct the film, which is scheduled to start shooting in Portland, Ore., in August.
