Fonda, Huffman, Lohan going to 'Georgia'

LOS ANGELES, April 20 (UPI) -- Jane Fonda, Felicity Huffman and Lindsay Lohan have jumped aboard "Georgia Rule," written, produced and directed by Hollywood veteran Garry Marshall.

Lohan will play a rebellious daughter sent by her mother, played by Huffman, to spend the summer with grandma Fonda, Daily Variety reported Thursday.

"There couldn't be a better director for this movie," producer James G. Robinson told Variety. Among Marshall's credits are "Pretty Woman," "Beaches" and "The Princess Diaries."

Fonda hit the big screen for the first time in 15 years last summer in "Monster-in-Law." Lohan has "Just My Luck" coming out next month and Huffman received an Oscar nomination for "Transamerica."

Production on "Georgia Rule" is expected to start in August.
