WMC said Love stopped making payments on the property in 2003 and still owed approximately $367,000.

The Thurston County Sheriff's office listed Cobain's sister, Kim, as the resident of the house, but it was unclear who -- if anyone -- was living there, the newspaper said.

Another property owned by Love, this one east of Olympia, is due to be forfeited because of lack of payments as well, the Olympian reported.
