LONDON, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- The London pre-wedding bash for Elton John and David Furnish was described as a rowdy cross between a bachelor and bachelorette party.
Bare-chested waiters wearing stag horns greeted guests at a former Soho strip club Monday night as Paul O'Grady, aka drag queen Lily Savage, served as ringmaster for a stage show that included performances by Bryan Adams, Pet Shop Boys singer Neil Tennant, Ian McKellen and former Blue singer Lee Ryan, the Daily Mail reported.
Among the guests at the Too2Much club bash were Elizabeth Hurley, Ozzie and Sharon Osbourne, Take That singer Gary Barlow and Detroit's own, Kid Rock.
John and Furnish will exchange vows Wednesday at the Guildhall in Windsor with only their parents witnessing one of Britain's first civil partnership ceremonies.
About 700 people are expected to attend a gala reception at the newlywed's home in the evening.
