LOS ANGELES, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Audioslave singer Chris Cornell filed suit in Los Angeles Monday claiming his ex-wife conspired to divert money from his former band, Soundgarden.
The suit filed in Superior Court also charges Susan Silver -- Cornell's former wife as well as Soundgarden's manager -- has refused to return his library of music, lyrics and two Grammy Awards, TMZ.com reported.

The couple married in 1990 and the union lasted 12 years.
Cornell's suit seeking more than $1 million in damages says Silver has "a desire to harm (him)."
Cornell and his current wife, Vicky, are expecting their second child.
