Police raid Babyshambles gig

LONDON, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- London police confiscated Babyshambles' equipment during a secret pub gig by Pete Doherty's band, it was reported Friday.

Police swarmed the Duke of Clarence pub Thursday night and took the band's instruments and other equipment because the music was too loud, NME.com reported Friday.

For those keeping track, the Mirror reports Doherty's on-and-off girlfriend, model Kate Moss, was there for the set and the raid.

Babyshambles had to rent gear for Friday night's performance at the Oya Festival in Oslo, Norway.
