TORONTO, June 17 (UPI) -- Depeche Mode is planning a six-week North American tour starting in October to promote its so-far-untitled new album.
No dates and venues have yet been announced, Billboard.com reported.

Depeche Mode is co-producing the album with Benn Hiller. It's a follow-up to 2001's "Exciter."
More than 1 million copies of "Remixes 81-04" were sold worldwide last year.
Depeche Mode's European tour begins Jan. 13 in Dresden, Germany, and winds up in London April 3.
