PITTSBURGH, May 27 (UPI) -- U.S. music fans are getting used to high ticket prices with some Rolling Stones tickets going for thousands of dollars -- but will they pay $100 for parking?

That's what Pollstar reports Jimmy Buffet fans will be charged by Alco Parking Corp., to leave their cars during his June 26 concert at PNC Park.

Alco President Merrill Stabile said the sticker price on his 500-space lot is simply a matter of supply and demand.

"Granted, there's a little bit of sticker shock but, at the same time, we're selling them like crazy," he told Pollstar. "We're almost sold out."

Concert tickets alone were $46 to $126 and the event is sold-out, Pollstar said.

Anyone who does not want to pay the $100 parking fee can park a little farther away in one of the $30 city-owned lots, Stabile said.
