Actor Tom Sizemore denies drug use

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles judge told actor Tom Sizemore if he does not quit using drugs "you will die," "Celebrity Justice" reported Friday.

Sizemore was back in court Thursday where prosecutors said his seven probation violations warrent his being locked up until his March 24 sentencing. He is on probation for a conviction of abusing his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss.

In the latest incident, officials claim Sizemore used a fake penis called a "Whizonator" during a court-ordered drug test.

Sizemore denied the charge, telling "CJ" the underwear displayed in court with the Whizonator attached was not his.

"They're not mine, they're Calvins," he said. "I wear Hilfigers."

Sizemore also denied he was addicted to methamphetamine.

"I've never done drugs," he said. "I chew tobacco."

But Judge Antonio Baretto issued a harsh warning, telling Sizemore: "You're either going to recover or you're going to die. What a waste of great talent."
