NEW YORK, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan's mother, in New York state divorce proceedings, is accusing her estranged husband of abuse, the Daily News said Thursday.
Dina Lohan, a 42-year-old former Radio City Rockette, filed for divorce against her estranged husband, Michael Lohan, 44, in Nassau County last month seeking full custody of the couple's minor children, alimony and $1 million in damages.
Dina Lohan says her husband abused her physically, verbally and emotionally.
Michael Lohan spent four years in federal prison on fraud charges and, more recently, pleaded guilty to attacking a sanitation worker for blocking his car, was arrested for attacking his brother-in-law, busted for skipping out on a $3,384 bill at a Long Island hotel, allegedly violated a protection order by approaching Lindsay and her mother and, earlier this month, was charged with drunk driving after a car accident.
