"Unfinished Business," the second album together for Jay-Z and Kelly, sold 215,000 copies in the United States to debut at No. 1, Billboard reported Wednesday.

The entertainers' co-headlining "Best of Both Worlds" tour was canceled this week amid claims of unprofessionalism and a $75 million lawsuit Kelly filed against his tour mate.

Actress Patty Duke set for heart surgery

COUER D'ALENE, Idaho, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Actress Patty Duke Pearce was scheduled for heart surgery Wednesday at a hospital in her Idaho hometown.

The 58-year-old actress was set to undergo bypass surgery at the Kootenai Medical Center in Couer d'alene, Idaho, the same medical facility where last spring Pearce received a stint in her heart to improve blood flow, "Entertainment Tonight" reported.

The actress, a child star known for the 1960s sitcom "The Patty Duke Show," won an Oscar in 1963 for playing Helen Keller in "The Miracle Worker." She has won several Emmys, including one in 1980 for playing Keller's teacher in a TV movie.

She is scheduled to appear at Kootenai Medical Center later this month for the annual Christmas tree benefit auction, at which time the actress is expected to be fully recovered, Pearce's publicist said.

Pearce's sons, MacKenzie and Sean Astin, also are actors, with Sean playing the role of Sam the hobbit in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy.

Arrest made in Siegfried and Roy shooting

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Former Oakland Raiders kicker Cole Ford was arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly shooting at the home of magicians Siegfried and Roy in September.

Ford was taken into custody Tuesday after a Kinko's employee recognized the 31-year-old ex-football player using a computer as the person wanted in the Sept. 21 drive-by shooting at the magicians' Jungle Palace estate, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday.

Ford, who had eluded police for 41 days, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an occupied structure and shooting from a moving vehicle -- all felony firearms charges. He was held at the Clark County Detention Center.

No one was injured in the Sept. 21 shotgun attack, where the driver of the van was heard yelling, "We need to get ... Siegfried and Roy out of our country," before opening fire.

Shotgun blasts broke windows and left a foot-wide hole in the house.

Relatives in Tucson, Ariz., said Ford has been reclusive and displaying schizophrenic behavior since his 1997 release from the Raiders.

U2 partners with 'CSI' to promote new CD

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- U2, in the midst of a media blitz promoting its new album, has formed a unique partnership with top-rated U.S. TV drama "CSI" to feature new U2 tracks weekly.

Songs from "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb," hitting stores Nov. 23, will preview on CBS' "CSI" during the next few weeks, E! Online reported Tuesday.

A sample of "Vertigo" played in last week's "CSI," and the show's 100th episode on Nov. 18 will feature a special remix of the single. Another new tune will be part of the Nov. 25 episode, E! Online said.

"I think that U2 and their manager Paul McGuinness have been extremely smart. The show ('CSI') is a proven success and this is a way to expose them to an entirely different demographic that may or may not be aware of their new release," said G. Marq Roswell, music supervisor of 35 Sound.

The Irish band also teamed with Apple, where "Vertigo" is the most downloaded track at the iTunes music store, for a special edition iPod.
