O.J.'s belongings audited for settlement

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- O.J. Simpson's personal property is the focus of a lawsuit aimed at paying the $33.5 million civil suit award owed to Simpson's alleged victims' families.

Fred Goldman, father of the late Ron Goldman, has taken Alfred Beardsley to court for an accounting of the Simpson's finances, "Celebrity Justice" reported Wednesday.

The Goldmans and Browns, family of Simpson's wife, Nicole, have collected none of the multi-million dollars awarded them in the wrongful death suit against the former football star/actor.

Beardsley, an O.J. memorabilia collector, provided "CJ" with an inventory of personal property reportedly turned over to the sheriff's department, including a photo of the infamous slow-speed chase Bronco, pictures of Simpson and the Dream Team (defense attorneys) in court and, reportedly, police tape from the Ron Goldman, Nicole Brown Simpson crime scene.

"They have substantial value of well over a hundred thousand dollars," Beardsley said of the surrendered items, adding the initial items are just the beginning.

"It's highly probable there is other stuff ... I would surmise that there is some high-end stuff," he said.
