LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Tom Sizemore has been sued for sexual harassment, a charge coming a year after the U.S. actor was found guilty of abusing former girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.
Loretta Jody Miller claims Sizemore made lewd statements, groped her and exposed himself in front of her while on the TV set of "Robbery Homicide Division," World Entertainment News Network reported Monday.

Miller also alleges in her lawsuit she was wrongly fired when she complained about Sizemore's action.
In August 2003, the "Black Hawk Down" actor was sentenced to six months in jail for abusing Fleiss, with whom he had a two-year relationship.
