The Strokes to release live album in fall

LONDON, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- The New York rock band Strokes expects an autumn release for its first live album, Billboard reported Tuesday.

The music was taped by the BBC in December 2003 at London's Alexandria Palace while the band was touring in support of its sophomore RCA album, "Room on Fire."

Tunes on the album include "Reptilia" and "12:51," and selections from the group's 2001 debut "Is This It," including "Hard To Explain," "The Modern Age" and "Take It or Leave It."

The Strokes recently completed shooting a video for the "Room on Fire" single, "The End Has No End," with director Sophie Muller.
