LOS ANGELES, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Jamie-Lynn DiScala, who plays Meadow Soprano on HBO's "The Sopranos," has signed to play "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss in a USA Network movie.
"I think Jamie is the perfect combination of a girl next door with real intelligence who has the ability to manipulate every situation she is in," USA executive Jeff Wachtel said.
The movie, "Going Down: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss," will cover Fleiss' life, from her teens as the daughter of a wealthy Los Angeles doctor to heading of a high-class escort service in California, the Post says.
The movie will also include Fliess' arrest and her three years in a federal prison, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
DiScala has appeared on Broadway in "Beauty and the Beast" and toured nationally with "Cinderella" opposite Eartha Kitt.
