Todd Bouman (pronounced /BOW-man/) (born August 1, 1972 in Ruthton, Minnesota) is an American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 1997. He played college football at St. Cloud State.

Bouman has also played for the New Orleans Saints, Green Bay Packers, St. Louis Rams and Baltimore Ravens.

Bouman attended Russell-Tyler-Ruthton High School and was a letterman in football, basketball, and track & field. He won All-State honors in football and basketball, and in track & field, he qualified for the State Meet in both the long jump and the high jump.
