Scott Greenstein (born in 1959) is President and Chief Content Officer of Sirius XM Radio. He overseees all of the satellite radio broadcaster’s programming and marketing activities. He reports to Mel Karmazin, CEO of SIRIUS XM Radio.
Since joining SIRIUS in 2003, Greenstein helped broker the deal that brought Howard Stern to satellite radio, and assisted in creating programming featuring Martha Stewart, Jamie Foxx, Barbara Walters, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, 50 Cent,Bababooey and others. Greenstein helped form broadcasting partnerships with the National Football League, NASCAR, the NBA, university sports leagues, English Premier League Football and Wimbledon.
Previously, Greenstein was Chairman of USA Films, (now Focus Features), where he managed all aspects of its film activities and supervised the company’s home entertainment business through USA Home Entertainment. USA Film's first in-house supervised production was Traffic, which won four Academy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.
