Rolandas Paksas ( pronunciation (help·info)) (born 10 June 1956 in Telšiai, Samogitia, Lithuania, then USSR) is a Lithuanian politician who currently heads the Order and Justice Party. He was the President of the Republic of Lithuania from February 26, 2003 to April 6, 2004 when he was impeached. He is the first European head of state to have been impeached.

Rolandas Paksas was the only child of Feliksas and Elena Paksas.

In 1974, he graduated Žemaitės Secondary School in Telšiai.
