Paris K.C. Barclay (born June 30, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American television director and producer. Since the early 1990s, he has been a noted director of television drama programs.

He won two Emmy Awards as well as a Directors Guild of America award for directing episodes of NYPD Blue, and has received numerous other accolades (including the Peabody Award, and two NAACP Image Awards).

Currently, Barclay is the executive producer and principal director of HBO's drama series, In Treatment, starring Gabriel Byrne, Dianne Wiest, Alison Pill, John Mahoney, and Hope Davis. The show has been recognized with four Emmy nominations (including wins for Wiest and guest actor Glynn Turman), five Golden Globe nominations (including a win for Byrne), a DGA nomination (for Barclay) and two Image Award nominations (for Barclay and Blair Underwood). It was also selected as one of AFI's 10 Television Programs of the Year.
