Mark Gangloff (born June 8, 1982 in Buffalo, New York) is an American swimmer who earned a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics by swimming in the 4x100m medley relay preliminaries. He came in fourth place for the 100m breaststroke. Gangloff also participated in the 100m breaststroke during the 2008 Summer Olympics and placed eighth.

He attended Firestone High School in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with a degree in criminology. Gangloff appeared in the 2006 movie The Guardian.
