Lee Seong-jae (Hangul: 이성재; born August 23, 1970, in Seoul) is a South Korean actor.
Lee Seong-jae had gone to Dongguk University, whose major is performing arts. He rose to prominence in 1999 in Kim Sang-Jin's comedy film Attack the Gas Station, and in Bong Joon-ho's 2000 film Barking Dogs Never Bite, where he plays a dog-hating lecturer who wants to be a professor. In 2002 he portrayed the villain in Public Enemy.
