Kyle Lynn Farnsworth (born April 14, 1976, in Wichita, Kansas) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher who is currently the closer for the Tampa Bay Rays.

Farnsworth graduated from Milton High School in Milton, Georgia, in 1994. During high school, he played baseball, basketball, and football. He continued to play baseball in college at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Georgia. Farnsworth is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon).

Farnsworth was drafted in the 47th round by the Chicago Cubs in 1994. He played for the Cubs from 1999 to 2004.
