John Mozeliak (born 1969) is the current Vice President and General Manager of Major League Baseball's St. Louis Cardinals. He accepted a three-year contract for the position on the evening of October 30, 2007, and was formally introduced as the new GM the next day. On July 15, 2010 the Cardinals announced that Mozeliak agreed to a new three-year contract extension with the team through 2013.

Mozeliak coached at Fairview High School in Boulder, CO in 1989. Mozeliak attended the University of Arizona before ultimately graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He broke into baseball in 1993 with the Colorado Rockies, holding a variety of posts in baseball operations during his time there.

Mozeliak joined the Cardinals in 1995 as an assistant within the scouting department, and spent five seasons as the team's Assistant GM under Walt Jocketty. He also interviewed in the past for GM jobs with the Cincinnati Reds and Houston Astros.
