Jeffrey Scott Ballard (born August 13, 1963 in Billings, Montana) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher, playing from 1987 to 1994.

Following his career, Ballard returned to his hometown of Billings, where he has become an instrumental part of local American Legion Baseball programs. He served for three years as the pitching coach for the Laurel Dodgers, and has served since 2002 as the Board Chairman for the Billings program.

He also had a brief cameo in the film "Super Duper Baseball Bloopers". He gave a vivid and articulate account of his most cherished blooper, and reminded us all to look at the lighter side of things.
