Daequan Cook (born April 28, 1987 in Dayton, Ohio) is an American basketball player and currently a shooting guard for the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder.

On June 28, 2007, Cook was taken 21st overall in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers but summarily traded to the Heat along with cash considerations in exchange for Jason Smith.

In June 2010, he was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder, along with the 18th overall pick (Kansas center Cole Aldrich) for the 32nd overall pick (Texas center Dexter Pittman).
