Robert G. Hill (born November 24, 1948) is an American basketball coach. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Upon graduating from high School, Hill entered Bowling Green State University.

He is known for his unorthodox style of handling the media, shoe stomping, and whistle blowing on the sidelines during NBA games.

Hill was an assistant coach for the Kansas Jayhawks from 1979-85.
