Milwaukee Bucks add veterans Joel Anthony, Gerald Green to training camp roster

The Milwaukee Bucks added a pair of veterans Sunday, signing free agent center Joel Anthony and swingman Gerald Green to training camp contracts.

The moves were announced a day before NBA training camps begin.

Anthony, 35, appeared in 19 games last season with the San Antonio Spurs and averaged 1.3 points and 1.6 rebounds. He owns NBA championships with the 2012 and 2013 Miami Heat. During a 10-year career, Anthony has averages of 2.2 points, 2.8 rebounds in 490 games.

Green, 31, appeared in 47 games last season with the Boston Celtics and averaged 5.6 points. Green was the 18th overall pick in the 2005 draft by Boston and has averaged 9.6 points in 544 games for eight teams.
