Sept. 1 (UPI) -- A fleet of monster trucks from a Dallas racetrack are currently in Houston conducting operations to salvage vehicles and rescue residents.
Josh James posted a video Wednesday to Facebook, showing a monster truck from the Rednecks with Paychecks dirt racetrack in Dallas pulling what appears to be a camouflage military truck out of floodwaters in the Copperfield area of Houston.
James said the rescued truck was a National Guard vehicle.
James, 26, has been working with friend Chris Stephens and car service company 3P Offroad to conduct rescues with 200 boats, 300 trucks and about 600 rescuers. He said Rednecks with Trucks came with five monster trucks, which are lifted high off the ground and can reach areas off-limits to other vehicles.
"It's an amazing feeling to see how strong our community is coming together," James told ABC News.
