BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Rumors that Miley Cyrus was canceling her Bangerz tour after concerned parents deemed her spectacle to be a "porn show" turned out to be false.
In a statement released to E! News, tour company Live Nation slammed a report that appeared in Australian site NineMSN that claimed the singer's management had "been flooded with complaints, mainly from parents, since her tour began last week in Canada with calls for the entire tour to be axed."
"There is no truth whatsoever to any stories or rumors of venues pulling out of the Bangerz Tour," Live Nation said in its statement. "Miley has created a tour that's big, spectacular, entertaining and everything you would expect from Miley Cyrus. Reviews have been amazing and most important, fans are loving the show and having a great time."
Cyrus herself denied the rumors in a series on tweets.
You can't say I didn't warn you. Now sit back relax & enjoy the show. #bangerztour pic.twitter.com/680jp9Etti

"Save your complaints for the McDonalds drive thru when they forget the 'fries with that,'" she tweeted later.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer kicked off her Bangerz tour on Valentines day in Vancouver.
