PARIS, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Vanessa Paradis was named Female Artist of the Year (Artiste Interprete Feminine) at the 29th annual Victoires de la Musique ceremony in Paris on Friday.
The 41-year-old singer looked stylish in a black gown, hoop earrings and her new short brunette perm as she took to the podium to receive the coveted award.
The french singer also performed her new track "La Chanson des Vieux Cons" during Friday's award show.
Paradis first debuted her new hairstyle back in January as she was spotted parading around with her new beau, hairstylist John Nollet.
The singer/actress famously dated Johnny Depp for 14 years until they split in June 2012. The couple has two kids together, a 15-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose Melody Depp, and an 11-year-old son, John Christopher "Jack" Depp III.
