JACKSON, Miss., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- A Mississippi woman was expecting to give birth to identical triplets but got a huge surprise when doctors delivered a fourth daughter.
Kim Fugate had just delivered three identical daughters at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson when a doctor told her, "There are more feet." The baby was a surprise because she had never shown up on an ultrasound. A doctor at the hospital said that the chances of spontaneous quadruplets are 1 in every 729,000 births.

The quadruplets -- Kenleigh Rosa, Kristen Sue, Kayleigh Pearl and Kelsey Roxanne -- arrived 13 weeks early, one day before their mother's birthday. She probably won't be able to top that birthday surprise.
