RAYMORE, Mo., Feb. 13 (UPI) -- A soldier home from Afghanistan surprised his mom by dressing up as a pizza man for a special delivery.

When Sgt. Ross Hobbs started planning his trip home, he wanted to make his homecoming special and called his sister Lynda Tucker to help form a plan to surprise their mom, Katie Hobbs. Tucker called their local Pizza Hut in Raymore, Mo., told them that they were going to order a pizza, and wanted Hobbs to wear a uniform and deliver it. The Pizza Hut agreed to help.

As Katie Hobbs watched his unit come home on television, she hears a knock on the door and finds her son standing there with a pizza.

"I can't even explain the absolute joy that I saw when I saw his face," says Hobbs.
