Deep breaths, Marshmallows.

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Deep breaths, Marshmallows.

Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring -- a.k.a. Veronica and Logan -- are on the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly, one month before the Veronica Mars movie hits theaters.

Bell, whose push of a Kickstarter campaign last year helped make the movie a reality, along with Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas, spilled details that will thrill fans of the beloved, but little-watched series.

Fans of Veronica and Logan (a pairing that was given the too-cute name "LoVe") will be happy to learn the film leans heavily into their relationship, 10 years since we last looked into Neptune.

In fact, it's a crisis in Logan's life that brings Veronica back to Neptune and into PI work from her life as a high-powered attorney in New York, where she's dating nice-guy Stosh "Piz" Piznarski (Chris Lowell).

And Bell and Thomas are optimistic that no matter what happens when Veronica returns to Neptune (or when Veronica Mars hits theaters), there will be more Mars Investigations in the future.

Thomas will oversee a series of novels, the first set for release in March, and Bell is hopeful her character will make more on-screen appearances.

"I am not too pessimistic about this being the last round," Bell said.
