SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Things can get a bit randy in the Olympic Village, but Sochi officials are doing their part to keep the athletes safe.

As in, they're making sure they have safe sex, because they're handing out 100,000 condoms during the games.

"The distribution of condoms in the village is part of the IOC’s involvement in the HIV and AIDS prevention," the International Olympic Committee said.

That's 14 condoms per athlete -- which comes to less than one per day -- and they don't get handed a goodie bag upon arrival. Instead, the condoms will be distributed at medical centers within the villages.

After all, we already know Russia is planning to "Get Lucky."
