Eva Marcille welcomes first child [PHOTOS]

Feb. 1 (UPI) -- "America's Next Top Model" alum Eva Marcille welcomed her first child Friday and boyfriend Kevin McCall shared photos for all the world to see on Instagram.

The couple welcomed Marley Rae McCall Friday, and "she came out fighting the nurses!," McCall said in an Instagram post.

In another Instagram post, McCall said he "never knew I could fall in love again," and commented that the baby has Marcille's eyes.

Marcille and McCall announced they were expecting their first child together in August.

"Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman's dream but for me it's more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man," the model said at the time. "Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with."
