SEATTLE, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Alicia Quaco belongs to two teams -- the Seattle Seahawks "Sea Gals" cheerleading squad and the U.S. Air Force.

Ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl game against the Denver Broncos, the New York Post beings you the story of Quaco's days as a contract manager and first lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and evenings practicing with the Sea Gals squad.

“It’s a lot of costume changes," Quaco said of her double life. "I don’t get to wear normal clothes very often. And I have hardly any free time."

Quaco said she had to convince the military to let her cheer.

“I told them it’s good for recruitment. It shows that the Air Force is well-rounded, that we can do other things, too. It’s great for women recruits to know that,” said Quaco.

Quaco, 25, took up cheerleading at the Air Force Academy and never let it go. She'll be performing this Sunday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., with a pair of Seahawks green heels in hand.

She's also got a pair of Seahawks-themed heels:
