Kelly Clarkson's baby is a...

... girl!

Kelly Clarkson announced on Twitter that she and hubby Brandon Blackstock are expecting a baby girl, exactly as she guessed way back in November.

The original American Idol champ, who married Blackstock in October, said she was so sick she knew her baby had to be a girl.

"She's killing me," Clarkson said back in November. "Of course it's a girl, causing the trouble."

Clarkson announced her pregnancy earlier than most, when she was only about 11 weeks along, because she was so ill from morning sickness she had to cancel shows and didn't want her fans to think her lazy.

"I don't know why they call it morning sickness -- that's my big joke right now -- because it's like, all day and all night," she said. "I am super excited abut being pregnant. I'm just looking forward to the second trimester. They say it's better."

We just found out we're having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!
