Miley Cyrus looks pensive, is fully clothed in new Marc Jacobs ad

Miley Cyrus stars as a pensive and androgynous looking creature in a new ad for Mac Jacob's spring 2014 campaign.

In the ad, the 21-year-old singer is found wearing a an embellished, navy-hued jacket, burgundy-colored shorts and slippers as she gazes in the distance.

The "Adore You" singer has maintained a close relationship to the fashion designer for years and he seems to be the only person who can get her to fully cover up.

Last October, Cyrus traded her cropped tops and short shorts for a glittering green Marc Jacobs gown while presenting the designer with the Superstar Award at the 2013 FGI Night of Stars Gala in NYC.

In addition to wearing many of his designs to red carpet events, Cyrus also owns at least one Marc by Marc Jacobs piece featuring a message in support of same sex marriage. The star shared a photo of her t-shirt featuring two women sitting next to a kid that reads, "I pay my taxes -- I want my rights," on Monday via Instagram.
