Dec. 25 (UPI) -- Paul Walker's sudden death left Fast and Furious fans wondering how the franchise's forthcoming seventh film would handle his absence. Universal said in a statement after his death that the studio halted production on the film, while its filmmakers met to discuss its completion without Walker.

Though there's still questions about whether Walker's death will be addressed in the film, costar Vin Diesel took to Facebook Sunday to announce a pushed-back premiere -- nearly a year from the movie's planned July 2014 opening.
