Dec. 18 (UPI) -- "A recent poll said that 43 percent of Americans are not even sure who you are," a journalist tells Mitt Romney in the upcoming documentary about his ultimately disappointing quest for the presidency.
Americans might not have gotten to know the former Massachusetts governor during last year's failed campaign, but a new Netflix film promises a much closer look at 2012's GOP nominee.
Filmmaker Greg Whiteley spent six years with Romney and his family on his road to the Republican nomination and presidential campaign, and was in the room with them when they all realize they've lost the election.
“I just can’t believe you’re going to lose,” one of Romney's sons says while his father readies his concession speech.
“Does someone have a number for the president?" Romney asks, a sad smile on his face. "Hadn't thought about that."
MITT debuts on Netflix January 24.
