The man who was last seen with 9-year-old Reann Murphy Saturday night has been charged with her murder.
Jerrod Metsker, 24, was arraigned in Wayne County, Ohio, Monday and is being held on $1 million bond for allegedly murdering Reann.
Reann, who was reported missing Saturday night around 8:30, and Metsker were neighbors in the trailer park in Wooster. She was last seeing playing with Metsker in the courtyard, building a snowman earlier Saturday evening.
The little girl's body was found in a dumpster near her home early Sunday morning.
Police have not said how Reann died, nor did they release any suspected motive. Metsker is due back in court December 23.
