Dec. 16 (UPI) -- L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin revoked Chris Brown's felony probation stemming from his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna, after the 24-year-old singer was arrested on an assault charge outside a Washington, D.C. hotel in October.
But Brown won't go to jail just yet, because he's still in a court-ordered residential treatment facility for his anger management. Judge Brandlin decided Monday not to sent Brown directly to the pokey because his rehab facility commended the singer on his progress in therapy.
