Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Bruce Jenner is thinking about undergoing yet another plastic surgery procedure.

The 64-year-old former U.S. track and field athlete is looking into getting a Laryngeal Shave, a procedure that smooths out the Adam's Apple and its usually undergone by patients who are looking to get a sex change.

But according to the reality star, he won't be doing it for a gender reassignment.

"I just never liked my trachea," he explained.

Kim Kardashian's former stepdad told TMZ that he met with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Thursday because the basal cell carcinoma that was removed from his nose in September left a large scar that didn't heal well. While he discussed getting plastic surgery on his nose, he also consulted with the doctor about the Laryngeal Shave.

Jenner and his wife of 22 yaers, Kris Jenner, confirmed in October that they had decided to call it quits and live separately. While the terms of their arrangement have not been disclosed to the public, the couple stressed that "nobody is filing for divorce" just yet. In fact, Jenner was the only non-blood relative to be included in the Kardashians' 2013 Christmas Card.
