Ginger Alden, Elvis's last love, unveils memoir cover

Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Ginger Alden, Elvis Presley's fiancee at the time of his death in 1977, has unveiled the cover of her forthcoming memoir, Elvis & Ginger: Elvis Presley's Fiancee and Last Love Finally Tells Her Story.

Alden's book will narrate her relationship with The King from the moment they met in 1961 until he passed away. And it promises to "set the record straight" about their connection and the rumors that surrounded the singer in the years before his death.

The book will also deal with Presley's exploration of Eastern religions, his perception of fame and a few of the intimate moments he shared with his loved ones.

Elvis & Ginger is set to be released on Aug. 5 2014 by Berkley Books.
