Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Kim Kardashian posted a photo of herself imitating her idol on Instagram. The 33-year-old reality star took to social media Monday to recreate a famous image of Elizabeth Taylor featuring her eyes, her hair in a white towel and large diamond ring.

"#Myidol," she captioned the pic.
Kardashian's rendition of the photo is extremely similar. Taylor's diamond, however, was slightly larger than Kardashian's 15-carrat engagement ring.
Kardashian has always been a fan of the violet-eyed beauty. In fact, she was the last person to interview her before her death at age 79.
"You are my idol. But I'm six husbands and some big jewels behind. What should I do?" Kardashian said asked Taylor in an interview that was published in the February 2011 issue of Harper's Bazaar.
“I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands. For me, life happened, just as it does for anyone else," Taylor replied.
"I have been supremely lucky in my life in that I have known great love and, of course, I am the temporary custodian of some incredible and beautiful things."
