Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's divorce has been taking place over the past 18 months, and the "Let's Get Loud" singer has just filed one last document to reinstate her maiden name.
According to TMZ, Lopez, 44, filed a legal response to Anthony's petition and in the documents her name appears as Jennifer Muniz, which is Anthony's real last name.

While both singers' petitions are identical on custody issues -- both want joint legal and physical custody of their twins -- JLo additionally requested to legally change her name back to Jennifer Lopez.
Lopez and Anthony were married for 7 years before they divorced in 2011. Anthony filed for divorce in April 2012.
