Nov. 23 (UPI)-- European Union spokesman Michael Mann posted on Twitter in the early hours of Sunday morning that an "agreement" had been reached with Iran regarding its nuclear program.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Catherine Ashton announced via Mann's tweet: "We have reached agreement between E3+3 and Iran." Delegates from Britain, France, Germany, China, Russia, and the United States -- known as the E3+3 or P5+1 -- had been in day four of the latest round of negotiated talks with Iran concerning its nuclear program.
