Britney Spears' new song 'Alien' leaks online

Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Britney Spears' single "Alien," a far cry from the heavy beats of "Work B**ch," hit the Internet earlier than expected on Monday. The medium-paced song will be the first track on the singer's upcoming album, out December 3, and the third single.

"I tried but I never figured it out/why I always felt like a stranger in a crowd," the 31-year-old performer sings on the track.

You can listen to the leaked song over at Hypable, but producer William Orbit took to Twitter Monday to warn fans that the album version sounds a little different.

It's the wrong version of 'Alien' that's out there. Right song, but had wrong chorus notes, (now fixed) on THE version
