Paris Hilton jumps on the Miley Cyrus Halloween costume bandwagon

(UPI) -- You might have known this would happen, but everyone is wearing Miley Cyrus-themed Halloween costumes this year -- including Hugh Hefner's wife, Joan Rivers and this pop culture-savvy Wisconsin pug.

Paris Hilton, who was once a water-cooler topic herself, also donned Miley Cyrus' now famous VMAs get up for a Halloween party at Hefner's Playboy mansion on Saturday. (There's no word on what Hefner's wife, Crystal Harris, had to say about Hilton wearing the same costume at her own party.)

"So much fun last night! Loved rocking my @MileyCyrus costume! Such a cute fun look!" the 32-year-old tweeted Sunday.
