The Metropolitan Police Department said Sunday that officers arrested the 24-year-old singer and his bodyguard after an altercation outside The W hotel in Washington, D.C., early Sunday morning.

CNN got hold of a police report, in which the alleged victim, 20-year-old Maryland resident Isaac Adams Parker, claims that Brown punched him in the face after he tried to jump into one of his photos.

"I'm not down with that gay s**t...I feel like boxing," Brown allegedly said.

That's when Brown's bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, stepped in and punched Parker in the face, according to the report.

Brown and Hollosy, will remain in jail until a court hearing Monday.

The W hotel is located only a few blocks from Park at Fourteenth, where Brown was scheduled to host a part in celebration of Howard University's homecoming weekend.

"What's up DMV!" Brown said in a Twitter shout out to the D.C. metro area before his arrest. "I'm hosting the Biggest Homecoming Party in DC TONIGHT."

“Everything was fine when he was here," Park owner Marc Barnes told the Washington Post.

A source "close to" Brown disputed Parker's claims to police, telling the Post that the photo story was "nonsense" and that the victim had tried to board the singer's tour bus.

Brown is still on probation for his 2009 beating of Rihanna -- and any altercation could constitute a violation of that probation. According to TMZ, the "Forever" singer could face up to four years in prison if he's convicted.
